The brief

What we were working with.

Reggae Town Music runs live concerts, an artist-development platform and a 24-hour online reggae radio station. A recurring concert series is a different job from a single event: each date has to sell on its own while building an audience that carries to the next one.

The work

What we did.

Listing management across the series

Event listings managed for the ongoing concert programme, including recurring showcases such as Reggae On Fire and themed lineups like Chalice: Legends of Reggae.

Consistent series identity

Naming and listing structure kept consistent across dates so returning attendees recognise the series rather than encountering what looks like an unrelated event each time.

Promotion per date

Each date promoted on its own lineup and hook, with the series as the backdrop rather than the headline.

Audience carried forward

The point of a series is compounding. Each event's audience is an asset for the next one, which is what makes recurring formats cheaper to fill over time.

The outcome

Where it stands.

Six events run through the account to date, bringing 98 attendees across the series and establishing a recurring format the promoter can keep building on.

Figures are cumulative across events run through this account to date and come directly from the organizer’s Eventbrite reporting.
