Store Design & Redesign

A good Shopify store is not a pretty theme. It is a store where a stranger on a phone can find the product, understand it and pay in under two minutes. We build new stores and rebuild live ones for apparel, beauty, home, food, supplements, digital products, print on demand and B2B, on Shopify 2.0 themes that stay fast and stay editable.

What's included

The work itself.

Structure before styling

Collections and navigation planned from how customers shop, not how you file inventory. Search, filters and menus set up so a 300-product store feels as simple as a 12-product one.

Product pages that sell

Gallery order, variant selectors, size and material detail, shipping and returns visible, reviews, cross-sells and a sticky add-to-cart on mobile. Written and laid out to answer the questions that stop people buying.

Mobile and speed

Most Shopify traffic is a phone on mobile data. Themes are built and tested mobile first, images compressed and served in modern formats, and apps audited so the store isn't dragging a dozen scripts it doesn't use.

Redesign without downtime

For live stores the new theme is built unpublished, your products and orders keep flowing, and we switch over once you've tested it. Redirects handled so no search ranking is lost.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do you use a paid theme or build custom?
Usually a premium Shopify 2.0 theme customised heavily, because it stays upgradeable and your team can edit it. Fully custom builds are for stores with needs a theme can't meet, and we will tell you if that's you.
Which niches do you work in?
All of them. The buying logic differs (a supplement buyer wants ingredients and trust, a fashion buyer wants fit and photography) so the design does too, but the discipline is the same. Ask us about yours.
Can you migrate from WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. Products, customers, orders and URL redirects, then the store built on Shopify. Search rankings survive if the redirects are done properly, which is the part most migrations skip.
How long does it take?
A focused redesign is two to three weeks. A launch with product research and branding is four to eight depending on catalogue size and how quickly content arrives.

Send us the store link. We'll tell you what's costing you sales.

Live store or a blank Shopify trial, either is fine. You'll get a short list of what to fix first and what it would take. No pitch deck, no pressure to buy the whole package.
