Terms of service

The terms that apply to using this website and to engaging TXF Help for event marketing work.

Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of TXFHelp.com and, where noted, our provision of services.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. The content, design, logo and written material on this site belong to TXF Help. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

Event listings

Events shown in our directory are run by third-party organizers. We promote and in some cases manage the listing, but we do not host the events, sell the tickets directly, or control pricing, scheduling or cancellations. Ticket purchases are made on the ticketing platform under that platform's terms and the organizer's terms. Refunds, changes and cancellations are between you and the organizer.

Services

Scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the signed agreement takes precedence.

What we need from you

Campaigns depend on timely access to accounts, assets and approvals. Delays in providing these will move timelines, and where a campaign has a fixed event date, may reduce what can be achieved.

Results

We commit to the work described in your agreement, the campaigns built, the listings optimised, the tracking installed. We do not guarantee a specific number of registrations, ticket sales or attendees. Event outcomes depend on pricing, timing, venue, competition, the event itself and factors outside our control. Any figures shown on this site describe past work and are not a promise of future results.

Advertising spend

Unless agreed otherwise, advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform and are separate from our fees. Platform decisions on ad approval, account status and delivery are outside our control.

Payment

Fees, schedule and payment method are set out in your agreement. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms.

Ownership

On full payment, campaign assets we create specifically for you are yours. Audience data and pixel data generated in your own accounts are yours throughout. We retain the right to describe the work in general terms in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and expect the same in return.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from this site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost ticket revenue.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement on the notice period in the agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction.

This is a working draft, not legal advice. Have a Massachusetts attorney review it before launch, particularly the liability cap, the results disclaimer and the ad-spend clause, which are the three that matter most in an agency relationship.
