The gap

Nobody struggles to open a Shopify store. They struggle to make it sell.

The stores that don't sell almost always share the same three problems, and none of them is the theme.

01

The product is wrong

Chosen because it was easy to source, not because people search for it or the margin survives ad costs. No design fixes that.

02

The page doesn't answer questions

What is it, who is it for, why this one, what if it doesn't fit. If the buyer has to guess, they leave and buy from the store that told them.

03

Traffic lands on the homepage

Ads and posts pointing at a homepage with no pixel, no email capture and no reason to come back. The money buys visits, not customers.

Scope

Three ways to work with us.

Quoted after we've seen the store or the brief, because a 12-product apparel store and a 900-SKU parts catalogue are not the same job. Every quote lists exactly what's in and what isn't.

Launch

For a new brand or a first store. Product research if you need it, brand identity, theme build, product pages, payments, shipping and tax, pixel and email capture, and a launch checklist. You open the doors with everything wired.

Redesign

For a live store that looks dated or gets visits without orders. A full review, then a rebuild of navigation, product pages, mobile experience and speed on your existing catalogue. Sales continue while we work on an unpublished theme.

Growth

Monthly. Meta ads management, email flows, SEO and conversion work against agreed numbers: orders, average order value, cost per purchase. Reported weekly. Cancel with a month's notice.

Client feedback

What store owners say.

He transformed our Shopify store into something modern, professional, and easy to navigate. He understood our vision, suggested helpful improvements, and delivered a store we’re proud of.

Shopify client · Store design & setup

He focused on more than just the appearance. He improved the customer journey, product presentation, mobile experience, and overall layout. The store now feels cleaner and easier to shop.

Shopify client · Redesign & conversion

Our store was getting visitors but not enough sales. He found several issues affecting conversions and gave us practical recommendations that were easy to apply.

Shopify client · Store optimisation

He helped us identify where customers were dropping off, improve our product pages, and create a stronger marketing plan. He focused on the full customer journey, not just bringing in traffic.

Shopify client · Marketing & growth

What stood out was his understanding of both Shopify development and marketing. He felt more like a growth partner than just a designer.

Shopify client · Store & marketing strategy

Our old store looked outdated and didn’t give customers much confidence. He gave it a clean, modern redesign that works well on mobile and is much easier to navigate.

How it works

Four steps, launch or redesign.

Step 01

Understand the goal

Ticket revenue or headcount. Orders, average order value or repeat customers. Each needs a different build, so we agree the number before anything is made.

Step 02

Know the buyer

Who actually buys, where they already are, and what makes them move. The targeting, the copy and the page structure all come from this.

Step 03

Build & launch

Listing or store, schema, pages, pixel, ads, emails. Nothing goes live until the tracking does.

Step 04

Track & optimise

Weekly adjustments against real data: registrations for events, orders and conversion rate for stores. The numbers are handed over, not hidden.

Send us the store link. We'll tell you what's costing you sales.

Live store or a blank Shopify trial, either is fine. You'll get a short list of what to fix first and what it would take. No pitch deck, no pressure to buy the whole package.
