Scale what works

Meta Ads & Management

Meta is still where most Shopify stores find their first thousand customers, and where most of them lose money first. The difference is rarely the creative. It is whether the pixel and Conversions API were installed and verified before spend started, whether the ad lands on a page built for it, and whether someone is actually looking at the account every week.

What's included

The work itself.

Tracking first

Meta pixel and Conversions API through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram channel, events verified in Events Manager with a test purchase, catalogue synced, and a UTM structure so Shopify and Meta agree on what sold.

Campaign structure

Prospecting, retargeting and retention built as separate campaigns with clear budgets. Advantage+ Shopping where the catalogue and creative volume justify it, manual structure where control matters more.

Creative that gets tested

Static, carousel, video and catalogue formats, with a testing cadence so you learn what your buyers respond to instead of guessing. We brief, you or your creators shoot, we cut and iterate.

Weekly management

Budget moved toward what is working, fatigued creative rotated, audiences refreshed, and a short weekly note on spend, purchases, cost per purchase and return on ad spend, in plain language.

What you get

Deliverables.

  • Pixel and Conversions API installed and verified
  • Product catalogue connected and dynamic ads live
  • Campaign structure built for purchases, not clicks
  • Creative testing plan with the first set produced
  • Weekly optimisation and a plain-language report
  • Ad account, pixel and audiences owned by you throughout
Questions

Before you ask.

What should I budget?
Enough to get roughly 50 purchases a week per campaign so Meta's optimisation has something to learn from. What that costs depends on your price and conversion rate, which is why we look at the store before quoting a number.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes, and the first thing we check is whether the tracking is right. A surprising number of "unprofitable" accounts are performing fine and reporting badly.
Do you run TikTok or Google too?
TikTok for visual, younger-skewing products, yes. Google Shopping where search demand exists, yes. We start with the channel most likely to pay back first for your product and add the next once it does.
Is there a contract?
Month to month with a month's notice. If the numbers aren't working we would rather stop than lock you in.

Send us the store link. We'll tell you what's costing you sales.

Live store or a blank Shopify trial, either is fine. You'll get a short list of what to fix first and what it would take. No pitch deck, no pressure to buy the whole package.
