Paid Social & Meta Ads

Paid social is where most event budgets go and where most of them leak. The difference is almost never the creative. It is whether the tracking was installed before the money started moving, and whether the audience was built from data or from guesswork.

What's included

The work itself.

Meta pixel and conversion tracking

Pixel installed on your site and ticket flow, with custom conversion events built around the actual purchase action. Our archive holds over 1,800 tracked ticket purchase events, that is what a correctly wired pixel produces.

Facebook and Instagram campaigns

Campaign structure, audience targeting, creative, copy and budget management, built around ticket sales and RSVPs rather than reach or impressions.

TikTok campaigns

Where the audience skews younger or the event is visual, TikTok routinely beats Meta on cost per registration. Same discipline: tracking first, then spend.

Retargeting and lookalikes

The people who visited your ticket page and did not buy are the cheapest audience you have. They only exist if the pixel was there from the start, which is why we install it first.

What you get

Deliverables.

  • Pixel and custom conversions installed and verified
  • Campaign structure built for ticket conversions
  • Audience sets including retargeting and lookalikes
  • Weekly reporting against cost per registration
Questions

Before you ask.

What should I budget?
It depends on ticket price, capacity and how warm your audience is. A small local event can move on a few hundred dollars; a multi-day conference needs considerably more. We would rather tell you the range after seeing the event than quote a number here that is wrong for you.
Who owns the ad account and the pixel data?
You do. We work inside your Business Manager wherever possible. The audiences and the pixel data stay with you when the campaign ends, which matters for your next event.
Can you fix a campaign that is already running?
Often, yes, and the first thing we look at is whether the tracking is correct. A surprising number of underperforming campaigns are actually performing fine and reporting badly.

Tell us the date. We'll tell you what to do first.

Send the event name, the date, and who you're trying to reach. You'll get a prioritised plan back. No pitch deck, and no retainer conversation until you want one.
